Mr. Zaddack provided appraisal and counseling services to attorneys and corporate officers in connection with a law suit alleging hundreds of millions of dollars in damages as a result of groundwater contamination. Professional services included assembling a database consisting of hundreds of thousands of real estate transactions spanning over twenty years, as well as analyzing selected plaintiff properties. In addition to providing written reports, Mr. Zaddack provided deposition and trial testimony.
