Gerald N. "Jerry" Zaddack, MAI, CRE, has a B.S. Degree in Management Information Systems. In 1990, Mr. Zaddack earned the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. In 1996, Mr. Zaddack was invited to membership in the Counselors of Real Estate (CRE), the organization for the most trusted advisors in real estate. Prior to entering the appraisal profession in 1986, Mr. Zaddack was a computer system analyst and helped design one of the first and largest integrated real estate/word processing systems in the United States. He also operated his own computer consulting business in Tucson and Phoenix. Mr. Zaddack has extensive experience in computer-assisted real estate applications including feasibility and market analysis.
